Shipping your order

Parcels are usually shipped the same day of receipt of payment when the schedules of the carriers allow. They are shipped via Colissimo / Chronopost / TNT / Fedex / UPS / Mondial Relay according to your choice, always with a tracking number and always with an included insurance (except Mondial Relay). In case of loss or breakage, we will send you your order again (if still available), otherwise you will be fully refund. The insurance does not take care of any leaks due to a leakage of the cork. Upon receipt of the order, it is your responsibility to scrupulously check the condition of the goods and to make any necessary comments in case of breakage, damage or lack, expressing your reservations on the delivery note.

In case of breakage, you must refuse the parcel to the deliverer.

It is imperative to notify us within 24 hours to the contact information indicated on the website. No claim can be made beyond this deadline. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online that you can find in your personal space on our site.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each.

Wine is a very fragile pleasure. We use polystyrene rigging packages that provide optimum protection against physical and thermal shocks. All bottle shapes are perfectly wedged and are therefore immobilized during transport. And because at La Cave Littlewood we love nature and butterflies, our parcels are 100% recyclable.

Cancellation Policy

The buyer has a right of withdrawal after the conclusion of the order. He has 14 days from the date of delivery to demonstrate his willingness to withdraw from "La Cave Littlewood". This can be an email (e-mail) or a letter with acknowledgment. The buyer will then return the property within 14 days of the withdrawal notice in the original packaging at his own expense. The buyer will then be refund for the price of the order and the standard delivery costs (corresponding to the initial delivery of "La Cave Littlewood" to the buyer). A refund will be made if, and only if, after receipt and verification of the returned order, no signs of damage have been found and the bottle(s) have retained their identical integrity at the time of shipment (uncorked , Capsule intact, ...). If the buyer had chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery, the refund of the delivery costs will only correspond to the amount of a standard delivery. In case of dispute, it will be for the buyer to prove that he has expressed his will to retract within the legal period of 14 days after delivery of his order.
