Champagne Hoxxoh Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut

HOXXOH Grand Cru contains a hint of the prestigious 1907 vintage, the famous Jönköping champagne. Commissioned by Tsar Nicholas II during the First World War, it spent 82 years at the bottom of the Baltic Sea.

Limited edition of 8,000 bottles.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Dosage: 7 g/l BRUT
Vol. : 12,5%.

Vinification: traditional Champagne pressing. Natural gravity settling and racking. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 20°. Aged on lees, partial malolactic fermentation.
