VINIFICATION
100% Petit Manseng, fermented in oak barrels, with the proportion of new oak varying according to the vintage, then aged in barrels for a year and a half before bottling.

TASTING
Straw-yellow color. The deep, dense nose is exquisitely delicate, with aromas of citrus fruit, candied oranges, grilled almonds and vanilla.
The palate is equally expressive, concentrated and fresh. The wood is well blended and contributes to the wine's fine balance, without masking the fruit.
