Part of the Château Haut-Brion range, this white wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown on Pyrenean gravel terroir. The vineyard benefits from an oceanic climate, which allows the berries to ripen longer, with mild summers and winters.
With a view to producing quality wines, the methods used are similar to those of the Château Haut-Brion grand vin. Indeed, the winemaking technique used is traditional, with ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Prior to this, the grapes are hand-picked in the interests of sustainable agriculture.
