  Chartreuse Tau is an Episcopal Chartreuse composed of 70% Chartreuse Jaune and 30% Chartreuse Verte.

  It pays homage to the town of Tarragona, Spain, where the monks opened a distillery following their expulsion from the Grande Chartreuse by the authorities of the Third Republic.

  This 2021 bottling is limited to 8,000 bottles.
